Debra Swift Gregory is the broker and owner of Clearwater Harbor Realty, Inc. established in 2005. Debra is a proud resident and native of Clearwater and has located her office in the historical district of downtown Clearwater.

Debra has earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and attends ongoing educational seminars and classes to keep up with the changing real estate market. She is a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Association the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce, Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce, Woman’s Council of Realtors, Independent Real Estate Professionals and the Tampa Professional Sales Association.

Debra contributes to her community by serving on many local community boards and committees, is the past president of the DePaul School for Dyslexics and a 2008 graduate of the City of Clearwater’s Citizen Academy. Debra donates her time and money to local charities that help families suffering from abuse, the homeless and is a fund raiser for breast cancer and other charities.
